This October, the Willingboro Art Alliance is offering local artists and enthusiasts, Adults Only, the chance to do just that through its Free Saturday Workshop: Creating Mixed Media Florals,

Artist and educator Dominique Samarco will share information on her art practice and then lead the group in a hands on workshop creating mixed media floral works.
No prior experience is needed and supplies will be provided.

About the Instructor: Dominique Samarco
Dominique Samarco is a Philadelphia-based artist and educator whose work explores purpose, human connection, and self-understanding through introspective painting. She earned an Associate of Arts in Art and Design from the Community College of Philadelphia, a B.F.A. in Painting from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), and a Master of Art Education from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and Architecture.
Dominique’s murals and paintings are held in public and private collections throughout the East Coast. As an educator, she has taught Studio Art, Sculpture, Painting, Drawing, and AP Art and Design, and is currently developing a high school art department in Philadelphia. Through both her artwork and teaching, Dominique believes art is a powerful tool for self-discovery, empowerment, and meaningful human connection.
